HOW IT WORKS
Custom-built crates reduce freight costs by minimising weight and size without compromising strength.

1. Measurement
Measure the length, width, height (mm) and approximate weight (kg) of your products.

For multiple products it may be necessary to 'pile them up' to measure these dimensions.

Email this via our online form for a quote.
​
If your product is out of the ordinary or specialized then also supply a photo or drawings of your product.
​
We will discuss any necessary strengthening or internal fittings with you.
2. Quote & Build
We’ll supply a quote.
Once you accept the quote, we’ll build it to your exact measurements and specifications.

Once built we will supply the final crate weight to you.
Supply a company purchase order number with quote acceptance.
Crate construction generally takes 3-5 working days.
3. Delivery
Your custom made crate will be delivered to you.
You pack your product and arrange the freighting.
A delivery fee applies

For new customers, payment is required before delivery
​
Crates may be flat packed for delivery outside of Christchurch to reduce freight costs.
​
For very large machines we can assemble the crate around the machine at your premises.
